Compliance Manager- Tech and Data

The position is full-time and requires an experienced individual with a relevant combination of work and education, preferably holding a Bachelor of Computer Science degree. There is no travel involved in this role. As a Compliance & Ethics Program Manager at FIS, your primary responsibilities include monitoring and communicating regulatory changes that impact FIS products, services, and business activities. You will be tasked with establishing operational objectives and work plans, developing and executing company policies, overseeing compliance program policies and standards, and addressing regulatory policies. Your duties will also involve conducting periodic reviews and evaluations to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, assisting in resolving compliance issues, validating risk response activities, and ensuring that FIS products meet regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will provide training to increase compliance awareness, develop and motivate staff, and ensure that budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements. In terms of education requirements, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience. You are expected to have comprehensive knowledge of compliance areas such as banking regulations, anti-money laundering, or anti-corruption, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to understand and apply legal and regulatory reference materials. This role is at a career level management position where you will manage a small function within the compliance program. You will work closely with managers and supervisors, exercise judgment within defined procedures, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel. Your responsibilities will include establishing work plans, delegating assignments, and contributing to the development and implementation of standards and guidelines.
