Position: Compliance Manager – NAPS & NATS

Location: Gurugram / Delhi

Experience: 8–10 years

Industry: BPO

Preferred Gender: Female

Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (with relevant experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Compliance Management

• Ensure full compliance with NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) guidelines.

• Monitor and implement government updates or changes in apprenticeship laws or schemes.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and central apprenticeship policies

2- Registration & Documentation

• • Should know about registration of candidates on apprenticeship portals (both NAPS & NATS).

• • Ensure timely generation and uploading of apprenticeship contracts.

• • Maintain and update trainee records, joining formalities, and exit processes.

3-Stipend & DBT Management

• • Coordinate and monitor Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) disbursal to trainees.

• • Verify UTR reports, stipend sheets.

4-Reporting & Audits

• Prepare compliance reports, MIS, and dashboards for internal and client use.

• Manage audit requirements and documentation for scheme-specific inspections.

• Maintain audit trails for all contracts, attendance, and reimbursement claims.

5-Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the point of contact between clients, government authorities, and internal teams.

• Coordinate with clients for approvals, requirement forecasting, and on-boarding schedules.

• Handle escalations and provide resolutions related to compliance or trainee issues.

6- Team Management & Training

• Train internal teams on NAPS/NATS procedures and documentation practices.

• Supervise junior staff handling portal work or apprentice queries.
