Role Description

This is a full-time Compliance Manager and Company Secretary role at Niche 99 located in Thane. The role involves tasks such as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing board meetings, and maintaining corporate records. The position also includes overseeing governance procedures, risk management, and supporting sustainability initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

• Regulatory Compliance, Governance, and Company Secretarial skills
• Experience in managing board meetings and maintaining corporate records
• Knowledge of risk management practices and sustainability initiatives
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Professional certification in compliance or governance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
