About the Role:

Labour Compliance Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct labour compliance audits for internal and external stakeholders.
Review and verify statutory compliance documents (PF, ESIC, gratuity, minimum wages, etc.).
Prepare audit reports and highlight non-compliance issues.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely compliance.
Stay updated on changes in labour laws and statutory regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in labour compliance audits.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Other Details:

Budget:
Up to 25,000 per month.
Immediate joiner
preferred.
