Compliance Executive

Role & responsibilities

Job Description: Excellent opportunity to work with one of the largest manufacturer/exporters of oral care products. An ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SEDEX, BRC, GMP, FSC certified company. The Compliance Executive is responsible for the management and growth of long-term and profitable relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrable experience in compliance and risk management.

• Experience in conducting audits and investigations and providing relevant strategies.

1. Quality Assurance and Quality regulatory compliance.

• Ensuring compliance with quality and/or standards like ISO 9001, BRC, cGMP, FSC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SEDEX etc.

• Support external audits from third-party certification bodies.

• Ensuring compliances to internal regulations and internal policies.

• Conduct internal audits.

• Manage and track the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in response to audit findings or non-conformance.

2. Documentation Management:

• Maintain and organize all compliance-related documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping and easy retrieval for audits or inspections.

• Prepare reports for management, detailing compliance status and identifying areas of risk.

3. Training and Awareness:

• Provide training to internal teams on compliance-related topics, including regulatory updates and company-specific policies.

Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and requirements in India

Educational / Qualifications:

• Engineering Graduate / MBA /Post Graduate/Graduate who are self-starters. • Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.

• Exposure to quality control, packaging, labelling process, warehousing is highly required.

• Exposure to various standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SEDEX, BRC, GMP, FSC etc. shall be addon.

• Relevant professional certifications like Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Power Point) is must.
