We are seeking a qualified sales manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key Doctors and Super stockiest in the region. This includes identifying new potential Doctors, communicating with existing Doctors, and working closely with other departments to ensure that client needs are met.
Must be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies that will help their team to achieve their goals. This includes identifying target markets, developing marketing campaigns, and setting sales targets.
Responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives. This includes setting goals, providing training and development, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any issues that may arise.
Management of customer relations for developing and enduring planned relationship. Management of distribution channel and developing stockist / dealership.
Successfully launch new products by implementing all strategies given by company.
To look after distribution network of the company in his region. I.e. super stockists, stockist, distributors, & hospitals.
Must ensure effective liasion between stockists, distributors & super stockists.
Effectively control all outstanding of the area.
Other Responsibilities:
i. Short listing candidates as per the norms of the company for the vacant positions.
ii. Short listing & appointing stockists / distributors.
iii. To ensure proper & timely dispatch of inputs to team members.
iv. To actively participate in meetings / conferences and doctors meet.
v. Ensuring to check stocks at super stockists periodically.
vi. To ensure minimum expiry, breakage & damage.
