We are seeking a qualified sales manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key Doctors and Super stockiest in the region. This includes identifying new potential Doctors, communicating with existing Doctors, and working closely with other departments to ensure that client needs are met. Key Responsibility: Must be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies that will help their team to achieve their goals. This includes identifying target markets, developing marketing campaigns, and setting sales targets. Responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives. This includes setting goals, providing training and development, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any issues that may arise. Management of customer relations for developing and enduring planned relationship. Management of distribution channel and developing stockist / dealership. Successfully launch new products by implementing all strategies given by company. To look after distribution network of the company in his region. I.e. super stockists, stockist, distributors, & hospitals. Must ensure effective liasion between stockists, distributors & super stockists. Effectively control all outstanding of the area. Other Responsibilities: i. Short listing candidates as per the norms of the company for the vacant positions. ii. Short listing & appointing stockists / distributors. iii. Responsibilities: • Demonstrable experience in compliance and risk management. • Experience in conducting audits and investigations and providing relevant strategies. 1. Quality Assurance and Quality regulatory compliance. • Ensuring compliance with quality and/or standards like ISO 9001, BRC, cGMP, FSC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SEDEX etc. • Support external audits from third-party certification bodies. • Ensuring compliances to internal regulations and internal policies. • Conduct internal audits. • Manage and track the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in response to audit findings or non-conformance. 2. Documentation Management: • Maintain and organize all compliance-related documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping and easy retrieval for audits or inspections. • Prepare reports for management, detailing compliance status and identifying areas of risk. 3. Training and Awareness: • Provide training to internal teams on compliance-related topics, including regulatory updates and company-specific policies. Personal Attributes: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with internal teams and regulatory bodies. • Willingness to work in a team and lead them as required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proactive approach to continuous learning and development. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and requirements in India Educational / Qualifications: • Engineering Graduate / MBA /Post Graduate/Graduate who are self-starters. • Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry. • Exposure to quality control, packaging, labelling process, warehousing is highly required. • Exposure to various standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SEDEX, BRC, GMP, FSC etc. shall be addon. • Relevant professional certifications like Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM). • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Power Point) is must. • Exceptional candidates from other industries can also be considered.
