Your Mission

In this role, you will step up as a lead consultant and technical expert. You will:

• Solve Real Problems:

  Move beyond theoretical policy interpretation. You will apply deep regulatory knowledge and practical implementation skills to solve complex, high-stakes compliance challenges for major clients across APAC.

• Shape the Practice:

  You aren't just filling a seat; you are helping shape our compliance methodology, influencing how we design GRC frameworks and how we interact with evolving regulatory landscapes.

• Consult & Lead:

  You will have a seat at the table with clients, translating complex compliance requirements into clear business strategies and guiding them through their regulatory transformation journeys.

What You Bring to the Table

To thrive in this environment, you are likely a seasoned professional who is ready to apply the following skills in a high-impact setting:

The Essentials:

• Proven Expertise:

  You have

  5+ years

  of deep experience in designing, implementing, and managing compliance programs. You know how to translate regulatory requirements into practical operational controls.

• GRC Native:

  You are comfortable navigating Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks. You have hands-on experience with

  risk assessments, policy development, control implementation, and audit management

  .

• Regulatory Command:

  You live and breathe regulatory standards, with strong knowledge of frameworks such as

  ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and relevant industry-specific regulations (e.g., APRA, PCI DSS)

  .

• End-to-End Ownership:

  You don't just identify gaps. You understand the full lifecyclefrom initial assessment and control design to implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• Communication Skills:

  You can explain complex regulatory concepts to a non-technical stakeholder and make them understand the critical business impact.

The "Nice-to-Haves" (Opportunities to Learn):

• Familiarity with

  GRC automation tools or platforms

  (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust).
• Experience with

  cloud security controls and compliance in GCP

  (e.g., Security Command Center, Organization Policies).
• A knack for

  data analysis to identify compliance trends or risks

  using tools like BigQuery or Looker.
