Job Description

Company Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with

    Companies Act

    and other applicable laws
  • Handle

    ROC filings

    , annual returns, board resolutions, minutes, and statutory registers
  • Coordinate and conduct

    Board Meetings, AGMs, and EGMs

  • Assist in

    finalization of accounts

    , audits, and financial statements
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and implement compliance updates
  • Liaise with

    regulatory authorities, auditors, legal advisors, and consultants

  • Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk management processes
  • Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk management processes
  • Assist in policy drafting and corporate governance best practices
  • Manage

    GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance

    and related filings
  • Liaise with

    auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities

  • Maintain corporate records and ensure timely legal reporting
  • Support management in financial planning and compliance matters

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified

    Company Secretary (ICSI Member)

  • Commerce background

    preferred (B.Com / M.Com)
  • Hands-on experience in

    Accounts, Finance, and Compliance

  • Male candidates preferred
  • Looking for Immediate Joiner

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of

    Accounting Standards & Corporate Laws

  • Experience with

    Tally / ERP / Accounting Software

  • Good drafting and documentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of

    ROC & statutory compliances

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Salary:

Compensation: Up to Rs. 6 LPA (depending on experience and skills)
