Compliance Auditor – IMS Standards

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Auditor to support our Integrated Management System (IMS) initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in conducting internal audits, ensuring adherence to ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and promoting continuous improvement within our PEB operations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing audit activities for every quarterly, as per the annual audit plan. Identify non-conformities, document findings, and collaborate with departments to implement corrective actions. Maintain and update IMS documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable standards. Support external audits by certification bodies and facilitate the closure of audit observations. Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies. Provide training and awareness sessions on IMS requirements to staff. Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the PEB industry.
