Job Description

As a Compliance Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating student records on online portals. Your role will involve assisting students in understanding and completing necessary paperwork while providing guidance and support. You will be collecting, verifying, and processing student documentation to ensure data accuracy and timely updates. It is important to exhibit strong attention to detail and maintain high standards of quality in your work. Following established process-driven workflows and assisting in preparing reports and compliance-related documentation will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should possess basic knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP functions. Strong organizational and data management skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time. To be a successful applicant, you should have 0-3 years of relevant experience and exhibit enthusiasm and confidence in communication. Demonstrating strong listening skills and being bilingual, fluent in both English and Hindi, are preferred qualifications for this position.
