Compliance Analyst

Job Description;- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support statutory compliance activities, specifically focusing on employee benefits such as ESIC and PF. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating and managing ESIC and PF contributions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission as per regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage monthly ESIC and PF contributions for employees. Maintain compliance records and documentation for audits. Ensure timely submissions to statutory bodies. Coordinate with HR and finance teams for data accuracy. Stay updated with labor laws and statutory changes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 6 months to 1 year of experience in ESIC and PF operations. Good understanding of Indian labor compliance laws.
