Complaint Handler - PPE

As a Complaints Handling Specialist at EQ, your role will involve providing timely and accurate responses to complaints and Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) processes. You will be responsible for resolving high-level complex complaints from various stakeholders such as Members, Representatives, Actuaries, Trustees, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), and The Pensions Ombudsman (TPO). Your key responsibilities will include: - Working collaboratively with stakeholders to handle complaints effectively. - Building strong relationships with key personnel. - Potentially leading a team and coordinating their work. - Contributing to quality and compliance processes by checking casework. - Identifying key issues and patterns from data analysis. - Completing targeted work accurately. - Supporting colleagues and working well within teams. - Communicating professionally in both written and oral forms. - Identifying personal training needs. To excel in this role, you should possess the following essential skills and attributes: - Experience in complaint handling and IDR. - Strong numerical and communication skills. - Attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information. - Persuasive and influential in achieving objectives. - Experience in dealing with stakeholder groups. - Analytical thinking and curiosity. - Specialized expertise gained through training and work experience. Desirable skills include: - Experience in pensions. - Familiarity with pensions administration software.
