You will administer and oversee all aspects of the hotel, including sales, operations and human resources. The ideal candidate should have excellent management and customer service skills and a strong background in the hospitality industry. • Promote a positive atmosphere in the hotel while maintaining a professional culture.
• Manage reservations through mobile apps and websites, monitor inventory through point-of-sale systems and facilitate guest arrivals with room allocations.
• Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations in guest services, housekeeping, maintenance and security areas.
