Compensation Lead Analyst - Vice President - C13

As a Compensation Lead Analyst at Citigroup, you will be an integral part of the global compensation team based in Mumbai. Your role will involve managing various compensation processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistency in compensation policies and practices across the organization. You will play a strategic role in the compensation planning processes, including salary increases, bonuses, stock awards, and other related expenses. Your responsibilities will also include global compensation reporting, governance around core compensation programs, and providing HR consultation on compensation matters. Additionally, you will apply your technical expertise in compensation principles to impact project management and client relationships. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in a compensation-related discipline and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel. You must have a proven track record of working independently, building global relations remotely, and managing multiple priorities effectively. Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work. Your role will involve partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other senior compensation team members to ensure global consistency and drive project implementation. In addition to your core responsibilities, you may lead group projects, mentor junior teammates, and assist in onboarding new team members across Compensation. You will be expected to assess risks when making business decisions, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and uphold Citigroup's ethical standards at all times.
