Compensation & Benefits Specialist

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at our company located near Bangalore in Hosur, you will play a crucial role in managing our C&B programs, total rewards philosophy, and compliance framework. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing and executing Compensation & Benefits programs organization-wide. - Supporting the design and implementation of reward philosophy and total rewards strategy. - Driving annual increment cycles, salary benchmarking, and market surveys. - Enhancing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through meaningful reward structures. - Ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws, including minimum wages, statutory bonus, and other regulations. - Collaborating with HR and business teams to facilitate compensation-related decisions. - Providing data-driven insights for compensation planning and enhancing employee engagement. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards. - Strong understanding of Indian labour law and statutory compliance. - Proven experience in annual increment planning, benchmarking, and C&B operations. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/HRMS. - Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
