Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive

  Compensation & Benefits strategy

  aligned with business priorities.
• Drive

  market benchmarking

  , internal parity checks, and compensation restructuring as needed.
• Support and coordinate with the

  Compensation Committee

  for governance and review.
• Design and manage

  ESOPs and Long-Term Incentive Programs

  .
• Review, enhance, and standardize HR policies to align with best practices.
• Lead the design and rollout of a

  next-generation Performance Management System (PMS)

  that links rewards to performance and potential.
• Work closely with key business leaders and HR partners to drive a consistent rewards philosophy.
• Enable data-backed decision-making through strong usage of analytics and insights.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years of HR experience in

  mature and progressive organizations

  with strong HR systems.
• Deep expertise in

  Compensation, Benefits, Rewards Management

  , and PMS frameworks.
• Strong analytical capability and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in

  Excel, PowerPoint and HR analytics tools

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Tech-savvy, data-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
