Compensation & Benefits Accounting

Role Overview: As an Associate in Compensation & Benefits Accounting, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the compensation, benefits, and equity accounting processes. Your role will require a strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, as well as experience with financial systems such as PeopleSoft. Additionally, you will be expected to have excellent Excel skills and be familiar with VBA/Macros or Power BI. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee compensation, benefits, and equity accounting processes - Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards - Utilize financial systems, particularly PeopleSoft, for accurate accounting - Utilize Excel skills for data analysis and reporting - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and problem-solving Qualifications Required: - CA or CPA certification is mandatory - Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS - Experience in compensation, benefits, and equity accounting - Excellent Excel skills, familiarity with VBA/Macros or Power BI is a plus - Experience with financial systems, preferably PeopleSoft - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Additional Details: The company prefers candidates with prior experience in equity plan accounting and who are comfortable working in audit, technical accounting, and cross-functional settings.
