Hiring for Associate – Compensation & Benefits Accounting
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 7-10 years
Required Skills & Qualifications
*CA or CPA is mandatory
*Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
*Experience with compensation, benefits, and equity accounting
*Excellent Excel skills; familiarity with VBA/Macros or Power BI a plus
*Experience with financial systems (PeopleSoft preferred)
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
*Prior experience in equity plan accounting
*Comfortable working in audit, technical accounting, and cross-functional settings
