Position: Company Secretary cum Accountant
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary with strong knowledge of general registration services, Udyam registration, company incorporation, and related compliance documentation. The candidate will also handle basic accounting functions, ensuring smooth operations across regulatory and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing company incorporation processes under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Handling Udyam registration, MSME registration, and general compliance filings.
• Drafting and maintaining statutory registers, resolutions, and minutes.
• Coordinating with clients for document verification, submission, and approvals.
• Preparing and filing ROC, MCA, and related compliances.
• Maintaining accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Assisting in GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance.
• Liaising with government authorities, banks, and professional bodies for approvals.

Eligibility Criteria

• CS Qualified / Semi-Qualified (ICSI) with accounting knowledge.
• Prior experience in company incorporation, ROC filing, and Udyam registration will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Tally, and compliance portals.
• Strong communication, drafting, and client-handling skills.
