Caller & Digital Marketing Assistant (Fresher)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Caller & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for freshers who want to build a career in client communication, social media management, and SEO.

You’ll be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, managing our brand’s social media presence, and assisting the digital team with basic SEO activities. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer and client calls professionally (inbound & outbound).
• Maintain proper communication records and follow up as needed.
• Assist in managing company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and schedule posts, reply to comments/messages, and monitor engagement.
• Support the digital marketing team with basic SEO tasks, such as:
• Keyword research
• On-page optimization
• Content posting
• Link submissions
• Coordinate with team members for marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Learn and grow with hands-on experience in marketing and client relations.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi preferred).
• Basic understanding of social media platforms.
• Eagerness to learn SEO and digital marketing techniques.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Eligibility

• Fresher (Graduates / Undergraduates can apply).
• Any degree background (Marketing, Commerce, or Communication preferred).
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace).

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,500.00 per month
