  • Drafting Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meeting, General Meetings, Notice and other normal Company Secretarial Documents.
  • Establishing Agreements with partners, third party service providers, liaising with various stakeholders
  • Appointment / change in directors, key managerial personnel, Director KYC etc.
  • Filing of Annual Documents and Forms, Filing of Charge forms for creation, modification and satisfaction with ROC.
  • Responsible for all compliance requirements with various regulatory bodies, support due-diligence related activities.
  • All secretarial works such as issue of shares, transfer of shares, compliance related activities
  • All types of Business Licensing and Registrations
