Company Secretary - Senior Corporate Administrator

As a dedicated individual joining Citco's Corporate Secretarial team, your primary responsibility will be to provide corporate secretarial services to clients in foreign jurisdictions. This will involve managing document collection and storage, preparing legal documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in providing corporate secretarial services to clients in foreign jurisdictions. - Manage document collection, renaming, and storage in the central repository. - Participate in knowledge transfer activities for a seamless transition to the Pune office. - Prepare legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle in accordance with legal requirements. - Update corporate structure charts of client structures serviced by Citco. - Prepare minutes of Board meetings/AGM/EGM. - Monitor statutory filings and compliances with local authorities. - Coordinate with business partners, clients, and colleagues worldwide to gather necessary information. - Review the work of the Cosec team to ensure compliance with client standards. - Prepare and update various reports related to utilization, trackers, and deadlines. - Manage team and conduct appraisals. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and participate in global/local projects. - Build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with onshore colleagues. Qualifications Required: - Must be a Company Secretary or have a degree in Law. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Flexible, proactive, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.,
