Job Description

CS Qualified / Semi-Qualified with Accounting Experience

P.K. Jayan & Co. is a Chartered Accountants firm established in Kerala in 1986. We specialize in a broad range of services including company formation, taxation matters, statutory and internal audits, project report preparation, representation with tax authorities, and financial planning for projects. Additionally, we assist with trust and partnership formation, company incorporation, LLP, accounting, and GST-related services. Our firm is dedicated to providing exceptional service to meet the unique needs of each client.

CS qualified or semi-qualified candidates

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Corporate secretarial compliance (ROC filings, Board/AGM support, statutory records)
GST compliance: returns, audits, assessments, and departmental correspondence
Income Tax compliance: filings, assessments, advisory, and representation support
Day-to-day accounting, finalization of accounts, and statutory reporting
Liaising with regulators (MCA, ROC, GST, and Income Tax departments)

🔹 Eligibility:

CS Qualified or Semi-Qualified
(ICSI)
Minimum
2–3 years of experience
in Accounting, GST & Income Tax
Strong knowledge of company law, taxation, and compliance procedures
