Job description of CS

Experience – 4 years

CTC – Upto 8 lacs per annum for experience of 4 years.

CTC Upto 6 lacs per annum for experience 1 to 3 years.

Qualification : CS with LLB.

- Advising directors of all laws, regulations and recommended governance practices relevant to the company.

- Guidance to directors in ensuring the fulfilment of their duties.

- The overall monitoring of compliance within the company, including compliance with the company secretary.

- Overall management and monitoring of meetings are handled by the Company Secretary, who prepares the agenda and the board packs, records the meetings and distributes the minutes for comments, and supervises the voting procedures including proxy voting.

- Preparation of the company's annual integrated report and the certification of the company's annual financial statements to all persons entitled to receive them.

- Timeout filling of documents with the relevant regulatory bodies. The induction of new directors is the duty of the Company Secretary who needs to ensure that a thorough induction process is followed and that directors understand all that is required and expected of them.

- Timely filing of all Compliances such as ROC / APR, etc as per requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
