Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Thrissur. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, preparing and maintaining statutory records, organizing board meetings, and preparing minutes. The role also includes liaising with regulators, stock exchanges, and other stakeholders, as well as providing advice and support on corporate governance matters.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of company law, compliance, and corporate governance
• Strong communication and liaison skills with regulators, stock exchanges, and other stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Qualification as a Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) with membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
