Job Summary:

We are a growing manufacturing group looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Trainee – CS (Inter) who is currently pursuing or has paused their Company Secretary (CS) qualification. The ideal candidate will support our compliance and secretarial functions across multiple group entities, working closely with both internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents with regulatory authorities (ROC, MCA, etc.)
• Draft board resolutions, maintain statutory registers, and record meeting minutes
• Monitor and track secretarial compliance across group companies
• Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants for secretarial and legal matters
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and internal/external reviews
• Stay updated with changes in corporate laws and compliance regulations

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: CS Inter (pursuing or paused)
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in secretarial or compliance roles
• Strong understanding of corporate laws, ROC filings, and secretarial practices
• Familiarity with MCA portal and statutory documentation processes
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
