Company Secretary

We’re hiring a Company Secretary (0–1 year experience) to join our Gurgaon team!

Key Responsibilities

• Review of documents and filing of

  various MCA forms

  (incorporation, changes, charges, annual filings etc.)
• Preparation and review of

  secretarial documents

  for different entity types
• Ensuring

  secretarial compliance

  for all clients on an ongoing basis
• Handling and resolving

  client queries

• Conducting

  team training

  and ensuring knowledge-sharing
• Staying updated with regulatory changes and maintaining regular compliance updates
  

Required Knowledge & Skills

• 0–1 year of experience in secretarial and compliance work
• Strong understanding of the

  Companies Act, 2013

  and MCA processes

• Proficiency in English and Hindi

  (spoken and written)
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
