Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary based in Dayal Bagh. The Company Secretary will be responsible for organizing and preparing agendas for board meetings, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining company records, handling correspondence, and facilitating communication between the board and stakeholders. The Company Secretary will also support corporate governance and provide legal advice to the management.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in handling company records and documentation
• Legal expertise and ability to provide legal advice to management
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
