Role & responsib

We are seeking a diligent and compliance-oriented Company Secretary to efficiently manage our Company Secretarial responsibilities. The key responsibilities of the role include:

1)

Preparation and filing of various documents related to:

• SBO Filing.
• Appointment and Retirement/Resignation of Directors.
• Creation and Satisfaction of Index of Charges.
• DIR-3 (KYC) of the Directors.
• Company Annual Returns.
• Alteration of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.
• Appointment of Key Managerial Personnel.

2)

Preparation and filing of various documents related to:

• Alteration/Modification of LLP Agreement.
• LLP Annual Returns.

3)

• Preparation of Minutes for Board Meeting, Annual General Meeting, Extra Ordinary General Meeting, Committee Meetings.
• Preparation of Directors Report along with the notice of Annual General Meetings.
• Maintaining Statutory Registers
• Split and Transfer of Shares

Minimum Requirement for role:

• Qualified Company Secretary and Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience. Freshers (newly qualified) with a robust conceptual understanding and practical training exposure are encouraged to apply.
• Strong functional knowledge of secretarial practices, corporate laws (especially the Companies Act, 2013), and RoC/MCA compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong organizational skills.
• Prior exposure to diverse group company structures and handling multi-entity compliance.
• Proficiency in using the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) portal and e-filing.
