Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings with ROC/Regulatory Authorities.
• Draft, review, and file resolutions, minutes of Board and General Meetings.

Qualifications & Skills (BA/MA English or Equivalent)

Experience 1-2 year
