Company Secretary (CS) Internship

As an intern at the multinational company headquartered in Mumbai, founded by Mr. Ashish Deora in 1999, you will be responsible for the following day-to-day activities: - Drafting and filing legal documents related to company formation and compliance. - Coordinating and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. - Conducting research on Companies Law and regulations to ensure compliance. - Maintaining and updating corporate records and documentation. - Participating in board meetings and supporting the board of directors. - Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of corporate governance. - Assisting with other ad hoc tasks as required to support the company secretary. The company has a proven track record of delivering projects in residential and commercial real estate.
