We specialize in Business Process Outsourcing, Financial Consultancy, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Direct & Indirect Taxation and all types of Management Assurance Services.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary. The role includes managing the legal and regulatory compliance requirements of the company, ensuring that the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements, and liaising with external regulators and advisers. The Company Secretary will also be responsible for organizing and preparing for board meetings, drafting minutes, maintaining statutory records, and handling shareholder communications.
Qualifications
· Minimum Experience of 1 year in company secretarial work and legal compliance. Freshly passed out can apply.
· Knowledge of Companies Act and other relevant laws and regulations
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
· Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications
· Practicing Company Secretarial
Experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm and membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
