Compliances under SEBI Listing Regulations to Stock Exchanges (NSE & BSE), other SEBI regulations, etc.
Support in conducting Board meetings, Board’s Committee Meetings & Annual/ Extra-ordinary General Meetings
Drafting of Annual Reports, FEMA compliances, Knowledge and experience in IBC, Legal litigation matters.
