Company Secretary

Avant Group (avantinfra.com) is looking for a Company Secretary. (Semi- qualified candidates can apply)

Location: Andheri East

Job Role:

Drafting of agenda, minutes, resolutions, Board's reports, annual reports etc.

Incorporation of Private Company and LLP.

To assist the Company Board in the conduct of the Company affairs.

Maintenance and filing of Statutory returns/records with the Registrar of Companies

Maintaining and regularly updating various records and registers (including website) under the Companies Act, 2013 and other corporate laws

All secretarial functions as requires under the Companies Act

Preparing and submission of various E-forms for intimation/ approval to ROC/ Central Government on timely manner

Handling of various Company matters Issue, Allotment, Transfer, Transmission of Shares, Issue of Share Certificates and Duplicate Share Certificates (including Preferential allotment and Right Issue) and declaration of Dividend and Creation and Modification of Charge, conversion of LLP to Company, Issue and Allotment of NCD.

Manage various compliances through Registrar and Transfer Agent.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
