Avant Group is looking for an experienced Tenant Manager.

Exp: 10 yrs

Location: Andheri East

Job Role:

• To Prepare Tenant Rent MIS for Project.
• Taking 100% Tenant consent for redevelopment projects
• Prepared to consent Collecting & arranging all documents.
• GBR process
• Registration of 100% PAA agreements of tenants for redevelopments
• Dealing with tenants & occupants for ensuring their support for the project
• Helping tenants for rent & shifting rehab tenements
• To Prepare Rent Agreement, Tabapatra & Hamipatra & other Documents as required Franking of above-mentioned documents
• Drafting of Letters/ Notices in Marathi & English to tenants/Society.
• Updating Files
• Issuing Tenants Chq and Sent to Site as they required and maintain chq list.
• Maintain good relationship with tenants for query & problems
• Follow the rules and regulation of the Co. as well as Govt. Authorities.
• Ensure Customers serviced in a professional manner.
• Conducting Meetings with the Society Chairman and other Agents for the day-to-day operations.
• Co-ordination with Project Manager, H.O.D. Engineers team & Associates.
• Vacant tenant plot knowledge

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
