Avant Group (avantinfra.com) is looking to hire a Junior Architect to its growing team. Location: Andheri East Job Role: Meeting client requirements for preparation of project brief & implementation the design theme Mapping consulting architects and defining scope of work for project as well as consulting architects for final presentation Interfacing with consultants for having necessary drawings and along with site engineering staff ensures effective execution of drawings Tapping GFC drawings before sending the same on site and checking the onsite construction activities to assure conformity with the design & resolving design/construction related issues from time to time Involved in Verification of payment claims by consultants at different stages of project. Interfacing with agencies such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural etc. on a day-to-day basis Coordinating with In‐house marketing, liaising & sale teams to provide all necessary information Implementing architectural and interior designing scheme and its management Arranging direct project meetings and submitting project documentation in stages as per progress of the project Assessing the site progress from time to time & updating the same to management Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,216.10 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person
