Overview

CS Article trainee who is to undergo 21 Months compulsory training structure under ICSI.The person should have completed 1 Month EDP and has a certificate of the same.

During the training period, the trainee will primarily be involved in the following areas:

• Providing full-time assistance to the Company Secretary in day-to-day operations
• Handling secretarial compliance and documentation for all group companies (13 Companies including the foundations)
• Engaging in legal drafting and contract management using Zoho Contract tool
• Assisting in ongoing mergers and amalgamations within the group
• Supporting the incorporation and operational setup of companies in India and in the United States
• Contributing to the expansion of company operations into international jurisdictions, including Africa, the United States, and the United Kingdom
