About Our Client

• Oversee all corporate secretarial activities and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
• Manage board meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.
• Ensure timely filings and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
• Advise on risk management strategies and implement measures to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Keep the company updated on changes in legal and regulatory landscapes relevant to the FMCG industry.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Professional qualifications in Company Secretaryship and Law.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Experience within the FMCG industry, particularly in Cosmetics or Toiletries.
• Strong expertise in managing legal and secretarial functions.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal documentation and contracts.
