Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the Company Secretarial inbox to ensure all emails are actioned daily. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring that expenditure aligns with the function budget. Your duties will involve processing invoices, raising requisitions, and communicating with third parties as necessary. Furthermore, you will be tasked with maintaining the subsidiary compliance tracker, providing administrative support for statutory and regulatory records of the Group's global subsidiaries, and assisting various function lines with company administration. Your role will also include liaising with providers worldwide to update corporate changes and ensuring all company information is accurate and up-to-date. Lastly, you will manage the Group's statutory records for all subsidiary companies worldwide with complete accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the Company Secretarial inbox and ensuring timely action on all received emails - Assist with vendor relationships and ensure budget alignment - Process invoices, raise requisitions, and communicate with third parties when necessary - Maintain subsidiary compliance tracker and update statutory and regulatory records for global subsidiaries - Provide administrative assistance for ad hoc projects and entity rationalisation projects - Support various function lines with company administration - Liaise with providers worldwide to update corporate changes in relevant systems - Manage Group's statutory records for all subsidiary companies worldwide with complete accuracy Qualifications Required: - Must be a Graduate with a PG degree as an added advantage - Experience in maintaining and updating company secretarial databases - Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, multitask, and prioritize work effectively - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with all levels of management - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines - Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work without supervision (Note: The company, Finastra, offers a range of benefits to its employees worldwide, including flexibility in working arrangements, well-being support, medical and lifestyle benefits, ESG initiatives, DE&I groups, career development opportunities, and a global recognition program.),
