Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• MBA in Finance / Marketing / Energy (preferred)

25 years

• Minimum

  25 years in the Power Sector

  , including

  10+ years in senior leadership roles

  in power distribution or utilities.
• Proven expertise in

  regulatory affairs, tariff management, and distribution operations

  .
• Experience with

  Private DISCOMs (Tata Power, BSES, Torrent Power)

  or leading

  State Utilities (GUVNL, MSEDCL, UPPCL, etc.)

  preferred.
• Demonstrated track record in

  financial turnaround, digital transformation, and stakeholder management.
