Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for the Order to Cash process with a strong focus on integration with Finance, Accounting, and Taxation. Role & responsibilities 1. EAF (Primary Steel Making) a. Candidate should have basic knowledge of melt shop process from Arc furnace to CCM equipment. b. Candidate should have experience in Electric arc furnace operations activities. having familiarities with arc furnace, Ladle furnace and caster area equipment, Fume treatment plant area. c. Check planning of grades. d. Monitor availability, condition of EAF and guide the controller for appropriate blow. e. Monitor availability of ferro alloys in resp. bins. f. Instruct the controller to give setpoints for ferroalloy additions. g. Guide the regulators for slag free tapping and inspect the stream during tapping. h. Instruct the operators for required manual additions during tapping procedure. i. Ensure availability of all required materials for making heats at tapping stages. j. Inspect and ensure the health of all machines/equipment related to tapping preparations. k. Training of subordinates. l. Housekeeping in EAF area. m. Ensure chemistry control as per grade design and temperature as per required in LF for Secondary steel making process. Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 3 years experience in desired domain.
