  Use quick thinking to troubleshoot issues, collaborate with internal teams for escalations, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Effective Communication:

  Build trust with clear, empathetic written and spoken English while collecting feedback to improve platform processes.

• Process Improvement:

  Document common queries, streamline solutions, and suggest strategies to enhance customer and advisor engagement.
