Key Responsibilities Query Resolution: Address and resolve customer and advisor queries via chat, email, and calls in real-time, ensuring a smooth user experience with a helpful and professional tone. Real-Time Problem Solving: Use quick thinking to troubleshoot issues, collaborate with internal teams for escalations, and ensure timely follow-ups. Effective Communication: Build trust with clear, empathetic written and spoken English while collecting feedback to improve platform processes. Process Improvement: Document common queries, streamline solutions, and suggest strategies to enhance customer and advisor engagement. Skills and Qualifications Excellent Communication Skills: Both spoken and written English. Effective Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick, logical thinking under pressure. Empathy & Patience: Ability to understand and address concerns thoughtfully. Attention to Detail: Ensure every interaction is handled professionally and accurately.
