Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Community Specialist will be responsible for engaging with the community, managing customer interactions, and fostering strong community relationships. Daily tasks include handling communication with community members, ensuring excellent customer service, and organizing community events to maintain active engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills, Community Engagement, and Communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Community Management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Previous experience in community management or a similar role is a plus
