We have an immediate Requirement of Community Mobiliser for Bhosari Area In Pune for CIE Key Deliverables of the role - Mobilizer will be responsible for social / community mobilization in the targeted area as per eligibility for Short Term Skill Training & post completion of the course will place the candidates or provide opportunities in multiple organization within the state Identify candidates for suitable trades for skills training. Need to conduct field work on baseline surveys and assessment in the targeted or local areas. Co-ordinate & Mobilize candidates through school/college presentation, meeting with stakeholders, door to door and using canopy marketing, focus group discussion i.e. Gram Panchayat, village & higher foot fall areas etc. exposure to all elements of data collection & interact with the youth and counsel them for vocational training. networking and coordination with Principals and Teachers at school to get potential list of students. Identify stakeholders & find out good practices in mobilization. Should speak in Marathi fluently & proficiency in Marathi, Hindi & English is preferred Educational Qualification - Any Graduate The candidate who is having minimum 5-6 yrs exposure in community mobilizing will be suitable for the role.
