Community Manager

Key Responsibilities

Community Building & Engagement

Build and manage communities of School Leaders

Drive conversations on school operations, challenges, and EdTech

Facilitate discussions, knowledge-sharing, and group activities

Events & Outreach

Plan and execute webinars, roundtables, workshops, and meetups

Drive participation and engagement with school leaders

Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with Principals, Admins, and Directors

Address queries, collect feedback, and ensure community satisfaction

Content & Communication

Create communication for events, updates, newsletters, and discussions

Manage digital channels: WhatsApp, LinkedIn groups, email communities, etc.

Strategy & Growth

Develop initiatives to grow community size and engagement

Track community metrics and collaborate with marketing/product teams

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills

Experience in community management, events, or customer engagement

Ability to interact confidently with senior school stakeholders

Strong planning and event execution skills

Knowledge of EdTech or school operations is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Education, or related fields
