What You’ll Do

As part of the Growth Team, you’ll design and execute

strategies to scale and strengthen AlgoUniversity’s Community (potential customers)

.\ \ Your goal:

grow our community → expand our reach → strategise & build sustainable initiatives that drive meaningful engagement.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners from top tech companies to drive

strategic collaborations

, strengthen brand presence, and craft scalable engagement models - both online and offline.This role blends creativity with analytical thinking - ideal for someone who enjoys building growth systems, not just managing activities.

Your Key Areas

• Community Strategy & Growth: Architect and execute scalable community initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify, pitch, and manage collaborations with universities, tech organizations, and industry partners that accelerate brand growth.
• Growth Strategies: Design and run marketing funnels that convert community engagement into measurable leads and sales outcomes.
• Data & Insights: Use engagement data to inform strategy, improve conversion rates, and identify new growth opportunities.
  

Basic Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in sales, program, or marketing functions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-driven with strong ownership, curiosity, and learning agility.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (MBA from a top-tier institute is a plus).
• Experience in community-led growth, user acquisition, or partnerships in an edtech or startup environment.
• Huge plus if you’ve previously built or scaled a tech or student community.
