Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Facilitation Officer located in Parbhani. The Community Facilitation Officer will be responsible for engaging with local communities, facilitating development programs, implementing various initiatives, and building partnerships with stakeholders. The officer will work closely with government officials, community leaders, and residents to identify needs, plan interventions, and ensure effective execution of community development projects. Additionally, the officer will be required to document progress, analyze impact, and report outcomes to the foundation.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, and partnership building
• Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
• Project management, planning, and implementation capabilities
• Analytical skills to assess community needs and program impact
• Proficiency in local languages and cultural understanding specific to the region
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Sociology, or related field
• Experience in working with government systems and public policies is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups
