Community Executive(Fluent Communication)

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Management

• Coordinate and execute corporate events, college events, school sports days, and birthday parties (optional).
• Understand and follow standard event procedures — including onboarding clients, managing requirements, pricing, and accounts.
• Handle end-to-end event closures, from inquiry to execution.
• Manage 10–15 event inquiries per venue, especially advance bookings.
• Oversee vendor management, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.
• Use strong negotiation skills to finalize event details and costs.
• Create and maintain a rate card for seamless pricing processes.
• Focus on event-based revenue generation and client satisfaction.

2. Community Engagement

• Understand the importance of community building and engagement in a sports environment.
• Take the lead in building a structured framework for community interaction and involvement.
• Organize and promote casual games, facilitate player engagement, and share relevant content and updates.
• Encourage app-based community interaction to keep users engaged.
• Coordinate with venue staff to support and strengthen community involvement.
• Basic photography skills are a plus for capturing community moments and promoting events.

3. Technology & Tools

• Comfortable using smartphones (Android/iOS) and mobile apps for daily coordination and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preference for Sports Management, Business Administration, or Technology).
• Strong multitasking ability, communication skills, and people-centric mindset.

CTC & Experience

• CTC: ₹3 – ₹3.3 LPA
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)

• Gurgaon (Sector 43)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
